Terms Of Service

General:✦ I ONLY take pay via CashApp!
✦DM me on discord @fluffeevamp or on my Twitter/X! (linked on first page)
✦ I am a student!! So please be prepared to wait at minimum a few days to a few weeks depending on the commission.
✦ As the artist, I retain the rights over any commissioned works.
✦I reserve the right to post any commissioned works to social media.
✦My art is strictly non-commercial and for personal usage only.
✦ You must credit/@ me when using or posting any commissioned work.You MAY use my works as following:
✦For profile picture/banner, thumbnail, etc.
✦Referencing.
✦Posting to social media with credit.You may NOT use my works as following:
✦Claiming as your own
✦Training GEN AI. I DO NOT SUPPORT THE USE OF GEN AI IN ANY WAY, SHAPE, OR FORM!!!
✦Drawing or editing over the work in any way after the commission process has ended.
✦Coloring in any of my sketches or lineart.
✦Same as above, do not commission any line work from me and give it to anyone else to color.
✦Reproduce my work commerciallyCancellation and Refunding
✦I take upfront payment!
✦You may not cancel or ask for a refund after the lineart phase, nor after the final work is done.
✦You may cancel anytime before what is listed above. Upon cancellation, I will refund based on how much work I have already done.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel and refund a work at any time.The Process!
✦1) Sketch
I will send the sketch to confirm the general placement and design. Make your bigger changes or requests here!!
✦2) Lineart
I will send the lineart to confirm what was shown in the sketch with more refining. Last changes here!!
✦3) Final!
Any changes to the work at this point will cost $2+ each depending on the request.

✦ Dm me for pretty much anything except furries, gore, or NSFW.

Background pricing is dependent on what is asked! Will most likely be ~$20+These prices aren't 100% and could change depending on complexity of the work. They will be around the general prices listed however.
